The Executive Committee shall
Oversee Branch Operations: Have general control of the affairs and programs of the branch, subject to the authority of the branch and the provisions of the Branch Constitution. | Create Special Committees: Establish special committees as needed to address specific tasks or initiatives. | Fill Vacancies: Appoint replacements to fill any vacancies in branch offices. |
Set Branch Policy: Decide matters of branch policy, subject to endorsement by the branch and in accordance with National Office policy. | Manage Employment and Contracts: Appoint, employ, and enter into contracts with salaried employees, following employment procedures and qualifications approved by the National Office. | Provide Monthly Reports: Submit monthly reports to the branch, including updates from all special and standing committees. |
