The NAACP Stockton Branch Parent & Family Engagement Initiative (PFEI) builds and strengthens parent leadership and engagement by implementing strategies to improve Academic Achievement within African American and Foster Youth Students. The Parent & Family Engagement Initiative will illustrate that community partnerships can be effective in eliciting change both at the policy and systems level.
